Service Description
Aerial land surveying support providing high-precision drone imagery and site data to assist surveyors, engineers, and developers in mapping, planning, and project analysis. VPS delivers accurate overhead visuals that improve efficiency, reduce field time, and support better decision-making on the ground.
Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellation Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. 2. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or failure to appear will not receive any payment back and result in a 25% charge of the total service fee. 3. Weather & Safety Delays VPS operations are weather-dependent and must comply with FAA safety regulations. If weather or unsafe flying conditions prevent service, clients may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. 5. Deposit Policy (if applicable) Any deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.
